PETALING JAYA: The Penang Consumers Protection Association has urged state Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng not to wait until 2016 to enforce the ban on foreigners from cooking hawker fare and to enforce the ban immediately.
"I fully support this move – not due to any question of authentic tastes, but because many foreign workers here are illegals who have not passed proper medical examinations," he told The Star.
