Every update breaks something. These are downgrades not updates. The last update messed up automatic wallpaper changing. I have it set up to change every 15 minutes. Instead, the same wallpaper stays on for hours. During this window, if I unlock the screen, the wallpaper changes rapidly: a different wallpaper every second, for about 4 to 5 wallpapers. The app is set to unrestricted battery usage.

Thanks for your feedback. You can completely ignore all the social features by creating a single theme then make sure it is the only source you have under your wallpaper settings. This way the app will behave exactly as it did before introducing the social features, and this is the default setting BTW. Feel free to contact me at adrian@tapet.app.

Update: App will also no longer change wallpaper at time intervals if you're not paying either. Original: App used to be great, but it's slowly losing functionality for those using it for free. The latest update decided that the quick shortcuts on the icon and parallax size images are now a premium feature. Really? Okay... Redefining the base user doesn't entice me to pay, it annoys me. How about adding features for those who pay you rather than removing things from those who don't.

I have used Tapet for nearly a decade, loved it, paid money for Premium. But whatever these last few updates have been are hot garbage. I don't want themes, friends, playlists, I don't care about any of that. I care about having an app which works - and a lot of the time since the rebuild restructure whatever they did, it does not work. Wallpapers stay stuck on my phone until I force them to refresh despite settings being set for hourly. WHY DO THIS? GIVE ME BACK THE OLD GOOD APP PLEASE.
