Behold Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s future pigskin palace!
The town of Brookline has approved the plans for the 14,317-square-foot Chestnut Hill manse the New England Patriots ?QB/QT and his supermodel spouse are currently building off Woodland Road.
If you count the adjoining garage, the massive five-bedroom, four-bath chateau — located just down the road from boss Bob Kraft’s estate — is roughly the same size as the Left Coast behemoth the couple built in Brentwood, Calif., a few years back.
That manse was recently featured in Architectural Digest and although the couple has been criticized for its less-than-ecologically sound size, Gisele insists she built and designed the house to be green. (Since Mrs. Brady is a United ?Nations environmental ?ambassador, we assume the same standards will apply here.)
First big difference ?between the two cribs: Sadly, there is no moat at the Chestnut Hill digs. But the new house does feature a fully equipped basement spa featuring a sauna, massage bed and rehab tub for Tommy’s Monday-morning aches and pains. The basement will also house a children’s playroom, home theater and gym.
The first-floor plans call for a library with a balcony looking down to the gym, a chef’s kitchen with pantry and sun room, living room, dining room, family room and wine storage room.
A grand staircase leads to the second floor where there are five bedrooms, including a master suite with massive his-and-her closets and a huge master bath. There’s also a nursery and guest quarters over the garage.
The grounds include a pool, hot tub, a “great lawn,” motor court, deck and something called a Baja Shelf. Whatever that is …
BTW, the estate was ?designed by the Landry ?Design Group out of ?La La and the plans and rendering of the manse call the project the “JBV Playgrounds.” We assume that stands for the Brady kids Jack, Benjamin and Vivian. Sweet playground. …
