Recycle Your Soul and Get Rid of Unwarranted Waste

“And you? When will you begin that long journey into yourself?” ~Rumi

Waste has many meanings from animals to humans. It is crucial in one’s thinking to comprehend why the reference to waste, when we look deep into what our purpose can be here.

WASTE

It can mean various things from the chicken to the human. It’s a natural process for the living so one may give very little to no thought of it. Then, there are those who are obsessive compulsive about it. I don’t believe the chickens or other species non-human that is, do this thought process. Thoughts can lead to waste. They can also lead to possibilities. Humans waste in many ways. Recycled soul garbage, is one way to look at it as another could be camouflaged feelings. When humans behave as such they loose out on many goodies forthcoming in their life path.

For instance, it is the soul’s recognition to make things happen with what that ‘thing’ is for them.

Emotions can distort truth, setting off a domino soul-effect which may be caused by various degrees of issues. Such issues could be underlying cries for remedies in need, such as how they grew up, if they were abused in any way, if they have anxieties and fears and the list could go on as it’s all subjective to that individual. Hurt and mistrust certainly can lead the pack of the angry wolf in us all, but even through this emotion that humans experience there still needs to be accountability on our part to try and not waste.

HOW

How does one do that? Many of us are simply stuck in our own ways even those who claim they have reformed, turned over a new leaf or changed. There is firm belief this is possible and in many cases humans can flip that side of the coin to have a better way in life. Unlike wild animals who have to always be in survival mode, humans have choices. For those who don’t, sometimes prayers are their only hope for a better way of life. This leads to having a belief in something, anything is better then nothing. Can we still waste though even being in that reformative state of consciousness?

For example, if strangers in the beginning have a connection yet they have no affiliation with one another, is it wasteful to not further this happening? Do we remain silent and let it dissipate? Here is where those tricky human emotions and soul garbage come into play. Dependent on how the human will process the new found connection will determine much of its outcome, positive or negative.

Or, if a loved one has hurt one terribly and all they do is waste, do we still try to welcome them or is it okay to let them go and allow them to learn those lessons they need to? Many will perish this earth leaving their earthly vessel, the body, and will have not grasped the concepts of growth, change, kindness and integrity to do the right thing. This is our evolution.

EVOLVING

When we speak of doing the right thing, it is subjective to ones life and it’s surroundings at that moment. It can also apply to doing for you in the most non-selfish way. It’s okay to do for you and still care for and about others. Playing the role of a martyr can be admirable if it’s to help and not look for the addressing accolades and pats on the back.

The soul has so many jobs to do to filter thru all the muck and everyday worries it goes through. It also enjoys being alive in its vessel. Balancing the two is the key to living with great inner peace. The ‘soul’ purpose of us being here is to reach higher levels of awareness without that fear, without limiting ourselves and to let it all go and begin again.

With this newfound freedom it is then, and only then can we feel the universal pulls and connections that are meant to be. Why fight it? You may upset a few along the way but it is YOUR life path not theirs. You simply cannot live for everyone and everything. It’s not possible. Sometimes, it’s simply time to move on as painful and disruptive as it would seem. Time is a great healer and lessons learned a wonderful life teacher.

SOUL GROWTH

If your soul grows and theirs doesn’t then it’s time to change it for the better. Everyone is responsible for their own learning and higher ability to allow growth and accept change whether they like it or not. What you can do is first be for you then your ability to give back, smile and see clearer will blossom effortlessly.

Resist the urge to go to the dark side (No Darth Vaders please) and do not become defensive, blaming, argumentative or down as it only results in hurting you and those around you. It’s a difficult task at hand but this is the type of waste you WANT to let go of. The good stuff can come thru when you keep your head held up high and your waste to a minimum low. Hopefully, you will connect to the like-minded. And I ain’t talking chicken!

In the end, we are all the same no matter what color, race, size as we have the same inner workings. We desire to be happy and live healthy long lives. We desire to be loved. Truly loved. The appropriate idiom to utilize here is ‘waste not…want not’. The proverbial saying was first recorded in 1772 but even earlier versions of this mindset was used in the late 1500’s stating, “Willful waste makes woeful want.
