4th Annual Marine and Maritime Career Fair - Student Registration

Students in grades 6 through 12 (public, private and homeschooled) are invited to join us for this unique opportunity to meet men and women who work in a wide variety of careers connected to Chesapeake Bay, the ocean and America's rivers, coatline and Great Lakes.  In addition to marine trades, science, engineering, technology, education, public policy, publication careers in a wide variety of companies, non-profits, museums, national and state government agencies and the military there will be training schools, colleges and graduate schools with relevant programs.  The event is FREE and provides an opportunity to ask questions about careers, job opportunities and the training/education required for them.

There will also be an Opportunities board that will have numerous internships and summer or part-time job opportunities for high school students and entry level jobs for 2014 high school graduates.

While registration is not required, students are encouraged to register as only registered students are eligible to win the two "Grand Door"  door prizes , one donated by West Marine and the other by the Easport Yacht Club Foundation. However, there are dozens of door prizes for which ALL STUDENT ATTENDEES are eligible. Please note that must be present when their name is drawn to win.

ADVANCED REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED as we are leaving to set up the Fair.
But we look forward to welcoming you this afternoon!  You will be eligible for dozens of door prizes, just not the grand prizes (only those who registered by 7 AM today).  When you arrive, look for the registration table with letter of your last and sign in to get your Name Tag and your Door Prize entry. Families and their guests can sign in at one table if that is easier.

See you this afternoon!
