What is the DepiCT system? A cloud-based portal for physicians to route CT imagery for AI-based labeling of features.

DepiCT uses the power of AI to identify anatomic and physiologic features not available via current methods for more informed decision making.

What we did

Built an AI-based solution to inform better care

+ Collaborated with 9 US clinical centers to collect CT images and outcomes data

+ Developed infrastructure/partnerships to transport de-identified data between hospital and Minnetronix cloud

+ Developed global network of clinicians to annotate images and support algorithm development

+ Produced AI algorithm to detect key inflammatory measures for stroke patients

+ Preparations underway to deploy as research tool and obtain regulatory clearance
