If a client does not carry travel insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the client/ traveler’s responsibilities. No refunds for unused travel arrangements will be provided, in the case of medical emergency.

Please note: Some supplier’s cancellation policies can vary, including airlines and rail products as examples. You will be responsible for all additional cancellation fees imposed by such suppliers over and above the Anderson booking communication, and administrative charges which have already been incurred by us,suppliers and your travel agent. Cancellation fees imposed by suppliers and travel agents are beyond our control and you should check with your travel agent regarding what cancellation fees may be applicable. * Regrettably cancellation charges cannot be waived. There will be no exceptions. No refunds on unused services after departure from the original city. Cancellation insurance is recommended on all packages to avoid penalties.

Airlines: The airlines does not by virtue of their endorsement of this brochure, represent themselves as contracting with a purchaser of a holiday from Anderson Vacations, or having any legal relationship with such a purchaser.
