Level 3: The SEOC is at a level 3 in support of COVID19 in collaboration with CDPHE. (Level 3 is staff planning and situational awareness). SEOC will
change to Level 2 tomorrow (3 Mar) at 0800 (Level 2 is SEOC Command and General Staff, ESFs, and/or RSFs in support of state agencies through
applicable ESF and/or RSF activation.)
