the State Emergency Operations Center to form the Unified Coordination Center.​

Hepatitis A outbreak predominantly impacting people experiencing

homelessness, substance use issues, and/or incarceration. ­

­Medical Supply Chain: Continuing to monitor and work within

supply chain (Nationally) , alternative means are available.​

­Power (Grid): Overnight there were 13,381 customers that were

impacted by power outages resulting from the storm. However,

utilities worked overnight to restore power which required some

energy providers to exercise their mutual aid agreements and

bring in additional field crews as well as contractors to expedite

power recovery. Xcel Energy, for example, had 425 additional

employees and contractors working overnight. Currently, there

are 943 customers without power and ETA is expected to be

around 8:00 a.m. this morning for the remaining power to be

restored​
