Help Gunn recognize a special person who has made a substantial contribution of time and dedication to our children and Gunn PTA. This award honors recipients with the Gunn PTA Life Membership Award.  
Please submit your nominations no later than Monday, November 30, 2015.
When considering a person for this award, please keep in mind the following information:
• This is NOT a “Volunteer of the Year” or “Teacher of the Year” award. It is designated to recognize anyone who has made a significant contribution of Time, Love & Dedication to our youth and Gunn Junior High PTA.
• The recipient may be a volunteer, parent, community member, teacher, or administrator.
• The recipient should be an active member in the community.
• The recipient does not have to be a PTA member.
