- Reviewed in the United States on July 10, 2022I had never heard of Laura but took a chance on buying the book based on the description and one 5 star review.I was lucky to find a used copy,as the $42 price is pretty high.I was intrigued to see that Laura is my age and height and weight are identical to me so I figured if her plan works for her,maybe it will work for me!I am in good shape as I have been working out at home since I was in my teens and eat a very healthy diet.However,after menopause I have not been able to tone my tummy no matter what I do.I also find that I can gain 4 pounds overnight no matter how healthy I eat.I wanted to find a fitness book written by a Woman close to my age who deals with hormonal issues and weight gain .I just received the book today and can’t put it down-it offers a very straightforward plan and a lot of motivational tips throughout-I am so glad I took a chance on this book and feel that this will help me tremendously!!Thanks Laura!!

It touched me so much I cried, because she understands the weight loss struggle women can have. I would recommend this book to anyone, its your "owners manual to your body" Treat it Healthy!! Because You are Sexy!! :)
