On March 4, Kingston Race and Equalities Council and Royal Borough of Kingston Council are hosting a panel discussion which will focus on vaccinations.

The panel includes:
Iona Lidington,  Kingston's Director of Public Health
Dr Naz Jivani, Kingston GP, Clinical Commissioning Group member and the co-chair of the Kingston Health and Wellbeing Board

We want to talk about issues that matter to Kingston residents, so please submit your question using this google form. If you'd like to attend the online event and ask your question in person, please provide your contact details below also.

We have also included on this form a short survey about the Covid-19 vaccine. You do not have to complete this survey to submit a question. Your responses to the vaccine survey will not be shared with the panel.
