Their wedding will have White House-level security

Call it Operation Wedding Cake.

Business mogul John W. “Jay” Jordan — whose fashion-blogger daughter Colby Jordan will marry jet-set art collector Alberto “Tico” Mugrabi in September at France’s famed Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc — has warned wedding guests of extreme security measures at the nuptials and told us, “It will be safer than the White House.”

“This is perhaps the most important communication you will receive from us regarding Colby’s and Alberto’s wedding,” begins a two-page e-mail Jordan sent to guests on June 27.

“It . . . has become very apparent that Ground Zero for terrorist activity is France and Belgium. These terrorists have a renewed commitment to continue their activity on the European continent.”

Mugrabi’s family reportedly owns “what is believed to be one of the most valuable private collections of contemporary art,” including 1,000 Warhols. The groom’s pals include billionaires like Peter Brant and Aby Rosen, and a host of other top collectors and artists.

Colby, who runs a fashion blog called Minnie Muse, was profiled in Teen Vogue in 2013, which featured her luxe apartment as a college student.

“It is my job to develop and implement a Security Plan to enable me to tell you that between midday on Thursday . . . and midafternoon on Sunday . . . the safest place on the planet will be Hotel Du Cap,” Colby’s dad wrote in his e-mail.

He has retained two security firms, and warns: “Each guest will be issued a Security ID Card with your picture . . . We recommend that you keep the Security Card on you at all times.”

Also, “We will have two security boats cruising the shoreline 24/7.”

When reached for comment the protective papa said his e-mail represents just “10 percent” of his security plan. “I don’t want to discuss it, but it will be an armed camp . . . armed and prepared for any eventuality,” he said. “Guests are very pleased I’ve taken this seriously.”

Du Cap guests including Graydon Carter panicked when what looked like an ISIS boat docked there during the 2016 Cannes Film Festival, even though it turned out to be a hoax.
