* The overall winner of the year will win:
- Trophy and certificate and £1000 worth of advertising (full page), bottle of champers and an invitation to join Stanair at a hospitality day

- Business of the Year (u25 and o25 emps) trophy, certificate, a business gift from either of the sponsors and £500 worth of advertising (half page), bottle of champers

- Category winner trophy, certificate and £250 worth of advertising (quarter page), bottle of champers

- Category finalist certificate

TIPS ON ENTERING
The only way to gain access to the category entry forms is once you have completed this application form and clicked 'submit' and you won't be able to 'submit' until you have answered every question. The best way to enter is to firstly read every question and type up your answers on a word doc, then copy and paste over. If you start to complete and realise you need to do a little more research, you won't be able to submit an incomplete form and by closing this form down you will lose everything you have done so far.

Once you have completed and clicked 'submit', a pop up box will appear to say thank you/received and on this pop up box you will see the category options, simply click the link on the chosen category. Once on this page you need only complete one or two questions and include your company name. Once you click 'submit' from here, another pop box will appear and you can click the link into the 2nd category you wish to enter. Please note you can only enter a maximum of two categories. Please also note that judges may not select you as a finalist in your chosen category, however they may feel you would be better suited as a finalist in another category

Entry rules, terms and conditions

-For some categories the judges may want to call and hear a short presentation or arrange a site visit – you will be notified in advance of this to arrange a mutual suitable time

-All completed entries and nominations must be sent to NBEA 2015 JP Midlands Events via post or email as above

-Main sponsor and u25 & o25 employees Business of the Year sponsors are not eligible to enter these awards.

-Category sponsors can enter but not the category they are sponsoring

-You may send a maximum of 3 sets of supporting evidence and documentation and it must be relevant to the 12 months preceding December 2015

-All finalists must agree to local publicity through the Northamptonshire newspaper titles, websites and social media links

-All entrants will be assessed by a panel of expert local business professionals and information will only be shared between the newspaper group and business awards partners involved in this event

-Tickets are available for just £85+vat 10% discount for tables of 10. £10 from each ticket sold goes to this year's charity. Please reserve your tickets soon as space is limited.

-All finalists; as part of the rules and eligibility you must purchase a minimum of two tickets to attend the presentation evening

We are delighted to support the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and tickets to purchase additional raffle prizes will be available on the night (£10 each or 3 for £20)

-The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with any unsuccessful applicants

-Finalists will appear in the good luck supplement (Northampton Chronicle & Echo and Northamptonshire Telegraph) prior to the presentation evening and all finalists must supply a relevant photograph (team, individual or location shot) for this supplement

-Winners will be announced at the presentation evening

-Winners will appear in the post-event results supplement planned for the week after the presentation evening
