When posting issues, to help us to with fixing them, if you would use the following template when posting then it would help us greatly, simply copy and paste it into a new issue and fill spaces.

If you are posting a suggestion/idea then you don't need to use this template, but please be descriptive in what you're saying otherwise it will be closed.

Before posting a new issue, please do a search to make sure the issue hasn't been posted already, and if it has, please dump that post instead. Go here for the search tool.

Description of issue: Add a description here of the issue you are having.

Operating system: Please state the operating system you are on, such as Windows 7.

Windower version: Please state the version of Windower you're using.

Windower plugins/addons/other: Please state ALL plugins, addons or other third-party tools you are using, this is VERY important.

Windower settings: Please state the settings you are using, you can copy these from the settings.xml (v4) or launcher.ini (v3.4) in your Windower folder, make sure they are for the correct profile though.

Details of how the issue happened: This is very important, in as much details as possible, please tell us how you got to the problem. If you can give steps to create the issue every time then thats great, it not then try to explain what happened, such as you were in Bastok Markets spamming Cure 1 on yourself for 10 minutes.

Crash Dump: This isn't always required, but if you do have one then it may help us. For more information on creating crash dumps go to here.
