Here are a few tips to keep in mind:

  • Make sure the printer paper roll is facing upward. (Paper should run over the roll.)
  • Pull about 1 foot of paper out of the printer door. (Do not run paper under the roll on the printer door.)
  • Check to make sure the printer rod is properly in place. (Paper roll should not be touching the base of the printer.)
  • Reboot the clock and check if the printer is making any noise. The printer should make a quiet noise.
