TICKET TRANSFERS AND REFUNDS: Tickets may be transferred if the original guest cannot attend. Requests must be emailed to [email protected] If the event is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances more than 3 days before the event, all attempts will be made to put forth a refund within 30 days. Tickets are non-refundable if the guest is unable to attend the event for any reason, including weather issues, if the event has not been canceled.

CONTEST RULES AND TERMS: Tickets must be purchased by Saturday March 3, 2018 by midnight in order to be eligible for the Glam Gal Package. The $250 value of the package is based on the cost of services provided by the vendors. Winner will receive hair and makeup services on the morning of the event, Saturday March 10, 2018. Winner may choose one other guest with a purchased ticket to also receive hair and makeup services that morning. Both the Winner and their guest must be available at 10am to begin services. Winner will be contacted by hair and makeup specialists to make arrangements on where to meet. The package has no dollar value and is non-transferrable. If the Winner and guest do not meet the requirements above they forfeit the package in full. If the package is forfeited, the vendors have the right to chose another winner or not award the package at all.

RAFFLE GIVEAWAYS: Raffle tickets are given to attendees and can be won throught the event. Raffle tickets are not for purchase. Winner will be chosen at random. Must be present to win.

PHOTO RELEASE: “I understand while participating in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, and organizers of this event. Legitimate purpose includes but is not limited to copyright purposes, publicity, advertising, and web content.”

INFORMATION RELEASE: "By participating in this Event I consent to my name, phone number, and email address being shared with the official vendors and sponsors of this event as listed above."

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: “By participating in this Event and it’s activities, I release from liability and waive my right to sue Bridesmaids Confession (BC) and the other participating Vendors, their employees, officers, volunteers and agents from any and all claims, including claims of negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in this Event, travel to and from the Event, or any activities incidental to this Event”.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: “I am voluntarily participating in this Event and it’s activities. I understand that there are risks associated with my participation in this Event and its activities. These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the Event location (s) or facility (ies). Nonetheless, I assume all risks of my participation in this Event, whether known or unknown to me.”

HOLD HARMLESS: “I agree to hold BC and the participating Vendors harmless from any and all claims, loss or damage to my personal property, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of my participation in this Event and any of its activities.”

“I have read this document, and I am agreeing to it freely. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including (a) releasing BC and the participating Vendors from all liability, (b) waiving my right to sue BC and the participating Vendors (c) and assuming all risks of participating in this Event, including travel to and from the Event."
