The CBWCHC Staff Spotlight program is an employee recognition program to highlight examples of staff who exemplify the Health Center’s values (https://www.cbwchc.org/mission.asp). We want to hear from you about the stories of these everyday heroes through staff-to-staff nomination.

Staff can nominate a colleague (excluding Executive Staff) anytime, using the form below.

When considering a colleague for the nomination, think of a situation they handled excellently.  Examples that are specific and vivid make compelling nominations. You will be contacted if additional information is needed.

One or more staff nomination will be featured on “staff spotlight” platforms, such as newsletters and town hall meetings.

“員工之星” 是王嘉廉社區醫療中心認可優秀員工的一項活動，讚揚他們以行動實踐著醫療中心的價值理念。醫療中心希望通過此項活動，鼓勵員工提名身邊的同事，讓日常工作中的傑出表現得到及時的認可。

醫療中心員工可以隨時填寫下一頁的表格提名同事（總監管理層成員將不參與提名）。

當您考慮提名某位同事時，請根據其出色的工作表現，生動地列舉具體事例。這樣會讓您的提名更有説服力。如有需要，我們會聯絡您獲取更多信息。

每月將選出一位或多位員工之星，作專題報道，例如在醫療中心通訊和全體員工會議中進行表揚。
