I like many misunderstood this podcast initially from the title, however I was actually thrilled to discover what it was about when I started listening. Thank you for your honest and frank conversation, it has been a real joy finding an episode of this pod on my app every week ✨💕

This is absolute my favourite podcast by far. I never miss an episode. Thank you to the both of you for putting forward relatable, funny and inclusive content. This podcast has saved me from myself on more than one occasion.

I never ever review anything because I hate posting and I live life as a ghost on the internet to avoid any sort of negative reaction BUT I just heard your plea at the end of the F**k Christmas episode and this show deserves 5 star. I hope you feel encouraged to continue making it and heard and loved by listeners like me. Not only are you both incredibly funny and ballsy women but I just spent the whole weekend battling my own mental illness and loneliness by listening to this podcast which makes me feel less insane and isolated. I never feel I can talk to anybody about my mental illness because at this point people on my life are tired of it and think I should be over it. But it’s a lifelong thing I’ll never completely stop dealing with and so at least listening to someone else going through the same thing has made me feel less lonely. Thank you Alyssa and May for being so open and yet funny about your own demons and having such incredible inspiring female guests. A huge thank you!
