Chris Brown took to Twitter to thank fans for giving him the Coca-Cola Viewers’ Choice Awards at Sunday’s BET Awards — even though the fan who presented it to him read out the wrong name!

“Teambreezy! Celebrate tonight for being the best fans ever!” wrote Brown on Twitter.
At Sunday’s awards show, Tiffany Green first read out Brown’s name, and then corrected herself and said Rihanna featuring Drake. When Drake took to the stage, he called the situation “awkward” seeing how he dated Rihanna after Brown, who at one point had a restraining order against Rihanna for allegedly beating her.

Later in the show, BET announced that Brown had in fact won.

“Congrats to @ChrisBrown on winning the #FANdemonium AND the Coca-Cola Viewers’ Choice Award!! #BETAwards #BETAwardsWin #TeamBreezy,” the network Tweeted.
Brown continued to celebrate on Twitter too.
“Teambreezy is the ultimate/end all be all! I love you,” he wrote.

“I didn’t get to thank God for this. He has taught me a lesson in life. and I appreciate everything! Thank you!” added the singer who won four tropes that night.
“All these awards tonight are for my fans! I’m so grateful to have you guys,” he went on.
Brown also released on Twitter Monday a remix to the song “Marvin’s Room,” which was most recently recorded by Drake. It has also been performed by JoJo.

But he said he wasn’t trying to slam Drake’s version, even though he appears with his middle finger up.
