Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey for the purpose of studying the effect of Bangkok's Lifestyle Centres’ (Community Malls) atmosphere on customer satisfaction and behaviour. This research is a part of the Dissertation module of the Masters in International Marketing Management course at Leeds University Business School.  

Lifestyle Centre is an open air retail space occupied by upscale stores. SOME examples of Lifestyle Centres in Bangkok include: The Circle, J-Avenue, K-Village, A-Square, La-Villa Aree, SeenSpace Thonglor, Portico Langsuan and Int-Intersect Rama 3.

This questionnaire is only for people who have visited a Lifestyle Centre in Bangkok.
