Jay-Z and Kanye West have revealed the artwork for their upcoming joint album Watch The Throne.

The hip-hop pair have been working on the record since last year and reportedly hired out an entire floor in a hotel to record it in February.

The artwork does not feature any photographic images or text, but instead includes gold, royal-inspired carvings, which allude to the throne in the album's title.

A supposed tracklist leaked online earlier this month, but with a release date yet to be confirmed and no word that the record has been completed, its authenticity is uncertain.

The alleged tracklist leads with the rapper duo's collaboration with Beyoncé and Bruno Mars, tilted 'Lift Off'. The song is rumoured to be the album's lead single.
