Rum inspired cocktails will be served during the pairing!!

Also, Jay Maltby, a member of the Pilar blending team will be attending to educate us about the finer details of Pilar. Jay will be happy to sign bottles of Pilar if you choose to purchase for your personal enjoyment...

We will welcome you with a classic Pilar Rum cocktail followed with our chefs tasty food creations perfectly paired with Papa's Pilar Blonde and Dark Rums.
