I use the app to back up call log & texts. It's great for that for the free version, but not enough storage space if you have a lot of videos and music and photos. I use other services so this is another great backup for my specific purposes. It's fast and easy to use and the automatic function is smooth.

Always crashing; says it hasn't backed up in 2 months...when I hit back up now-- it crashes. I've had app since 2014/2015...back then it was reliable--now it's a nuisance (and probably kills my battery doing NOTHING!). The responses from support to the many issues customers are experiencing speaks volumes of how unreliable support is. It's a bit more $$, but a paid subscription on Google Drive has served me well the last few years when I saw that GCloud (which is NOT Google) was going down hill.

Long time user. Worked flawlessly for years. Now, it usually works but occasionally glitches without doing successful backups for weeks between updates for OS and app. Worst is the never-ending REPETITIVE notifications. Support has done little but emphasized using the latest iteration with no relief. Turning off notifications is a help. However, now I have to check on the backups manually. For now, if I wasn't so vested, I would definitely consider a different solution.
