IN ORDER TO FILL OUT THIS DOCUMENT, PLEASE FIRST MAKE A COPY OF IT: File > Make a copy

Please fill in the report data on the 'Template' tab.

Ignore all other tabs and do not delete/modify them.

Red text means that there is a note on the cell — mouse over it to read it.

Do NOT remove any header row (rows 1-5). The parser will start reading data on row 6.

No more than 1 report per sheet. Please create a separate sheet for each report file provided to you by the DSP or distributor.

We recommend filling out the spreadsheet inside of Google Sheets — problems may occur if you try filling it out in Excel or some other spreadsheet app.

An "Examples" tab is provided with sample data to guide you if you are unsure how to fill in certain cells

Once you have finished entering data, please:

1. Export the 'Template' sheet as a CSV file: File menu > Download > Comma-separated values — make sure you do so while on the 'Template' tab.

2. Upload the saved file into your account: Revenue > Import reports (the button at the top right of the screen)
