Meet the Leadership Team
Cassandra is Bitly’s VP of Engineering. She is a people first leader who manages engineering efforts for our core product – she ensures that our functionality takes into account our user experience and that we are able to scale and provide a quality experience for all of our users.
Before Bitly, Cassandra earned a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems and held roles at Cloud Elements and Oracle.
Natalie is Bitly’s VP of Customer Success. She’s focused on exceptional customer experiences and customer success efforts across the company.
Before Bitly, Natalie held global leadership roles in customer success and enterprise service sales at Vonage, TokBox and Drayson Technologies.
Kristin leads the HR team at Bitly, focused on attracting and developing our talent. She oversees HR focused initiatives internally –– advancing company growth.
Prior to Bitly, Kristin held HR roles at KKR and NYU Langone Medical Center.
Jackie is Bitly’s VP of Diversity Equity and Inclusion. She leads all DE&I matters for the company – building and advancing Bitly’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and goals.
Before Bitly, Jackie held roles at Deloitte Consulting, and Thomson Reuters among others.
Toby is Bitly’s CEO. He is laser-focused on driving innovation and growth at Bitly. Toby has more than 20 years of experience in the tech industry, and before Bitly held many leadership roles, most recently as CEO at NextRoll.
Scott is Bitly’s CFO, and is responsible for strategic planning, financial compliance and investor relations.
Prior to joining Bitly, Scott held leadership roles at several private equity backed companies including ExactBid, Total Attorneys and NetQuote.
Raleigh is Bitly’s President. He’s focused on driving growth and operational execution across the company.
Before Bitly, Raleigh held leadership roles at Conmeego, Cøntact Systems, Adapt.tv, and Rubicon Project.
Sabrina is our Chief of Staff, focused on aligning our teams in the US and Europe. Sabrina oversees our leadership efforts to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and advance our organizational growth as a company.
Prior to Bitly, Sabrina held roles in IT professional services and educational services.
Danielle is Bitly’s VP, Talent Acquisition. She oversees the people, processes, programs and branding responsible for attracting and hiring our future Bitizens.
Before Bitly, Danielle held a number of HR leadership roles at Vice Media Group, FleishmanHillard and Volvo Cars.
Raghu is Bitly’s Chief Technology Officer. He’s focused on leading the engineering efforts across the company.
Before Bitly, Raghu held leadership roles at Shutterfly, Walmart Global eCommerce, and Flextronics.
Kelsey is Bitly’s Chief Product Officer. She’s focused on setting the product vision, creating a product strategy aligned with Bitly’s company goals and delivering product solutions that solve customer pain points.
Prior to joining Bitly, Kelsey led product teams at Cloud Elements and spent time as a product management consultant at Slalom.
