My name is Danielle Okonta. I am a Dartmouth Class of 2020 graduate. I am also a former varsity-athlete and like many of my counterparts, I benefitted from the support of the Upper Valley community in my academic and athletic endeavors. In return, I would like us all to find a way to support this community in its COVID-19 relief efforts by sweating for good.
I took one of my favorite circuit exercises and created the "Positivity Circuit" to not only spread positivity and optimism, but also benefit the Upper Valley Haven, an organization that serves people struggling with poverty by providing food, shelter, education, service coordination, and other support.
The “Positivity Circuit Challenge” will take place on August 15th - details are below.

Finally, I'm partnering with Positive Tracks (
www.positivetracks.org) for this effort. They have not only helped me organize this event, but will matching up to $100 that we raise for the Haven.
HOW IT WORKS
Be creative and come up with your own positivity circuit!
WHAT: A virtual circuit that expresses and spread words and phrases of positivity. Check out the alphabet image below and corresponding exercises.
