Extreme Teams provide a volunteer opportunity that focuses on specific target areas during Extreme Community Makeover (ECM) work days. There are ten unique teams, which are described in more detail below.

The Communications Team engages residents and volunteers in conversation to learn about people’s experiences and to share stories.
