Global markets rattle after Trump tests positive for COVID-19

S&P 500 futures, the Nasdaq-100 and futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average plummeted following President Trump's announcement that he and the first lady tested positive for COVID-19. The news also had an impact on European equities, the Australian sharemarket and others as energy stocks were hit hard.
