We moved house yesterday and Wojtek arrived with his partner and provided 10/10 service. We were nervous about the amount of stuff we had but they packed everything nicely and found a way to collect all of our stuff including quite heavy items. They carefully unloaded our stuff at the new property and really took care of priceless family heirlooms. We would 100% recommend them if you need movers to help you.

Wojtek, our driver, was absolutely fantastic—punctual, professional, and super friendly. He and his team of helpers worked efficiently and handled everything with great care, from fragile items to heavy furniture.
What really stood out was how calm and organized the entire team was throughout the day. They were quick but never rushed, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and they even helped place the larger items exactly where I wanted them in the new home.

Excellent company through and through
Excellent company through and through. From the booking process to the actual move, company and team were communicative and kept in touch to answer any questions and made me aware of the process. Our man, Manuel, was a superstar and helped every step of the way. He was brilliant. Would highly recommend to use this company!

Movers turned up 2hrs 30mins late
Movers turned up 2hrs 30mins late - I had to call twice before I got any answers. I was told two different stories which made me feel I was being mis-lead. I understand things happen and I would have been more sympathetic if I hadn't had to do all the chasing. That being said when the guys finally showed up they were pleasant and did the job politely and swiftly. This was by no means a difficult job, I paid in advance, which I wouldn't do again. I feel they were less attentive as the money was already in the bank!

Consistently reliable top class service
This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve used LMV and once again the service was 5* Sebastian and his team turned up right on time and quickly got to work. They always go the extra mile and are careful and considerate when moving treasured items. Finding solutions to getting tricky pieces of furniture in and out of tight spaces. A brilliant service when you need it at a stressful time. Can’t praise them enough!

Great service
Friendly service all round, from the booking office to the movers on the day.
I did have to pay for an extra hour, which was £90 but this was stipulated at point of booking.
I highly recommend this company.

Amazing service from Maciej and Ali
Maciej & Ali did a superb job! The quote/booking was easy with loads of timeslot to choose even with only a few days in advance. The company will call after the quote to follow up and answer any questions. The driver and porter arrived sharp on time, came in to inspect the things to move before starting the loading, explained the process very thoroughly. The loading was super efficient and done professionally to the truck. Photos taken before driving to the destination. The ride was smooth though with lots of traffic but its no fault of the driver and the company. The driver drove the truck with one of the best manner I have seen - giving ways when he can without delaying the ride. Once arrived at the destination, both the driver and porter came up to the apartment for inspection and started off loading the things from the truck. I asked for a quote for 2.5 hrs and they finished that spot on time. We cannot thank them enough for their hard and professional work. If I ever need removal service again, I sincerely hope I can use the service from Maciej and Ali again.

Awful
Awful, unprofessional thugs. Avoid. They did not send me a payment link after the delivery, an oversight on their end, and the driver harassed me from different numbers registered to different companies, and was menacing and threatening - even left a note on my door and claimed it was my fault. It seemed like a scam. I kept asking for an email from the company but did not receive it
I never received an email with the payment link (until I asked), and they never contacted me from the official numbers I had interacted with, but from spam numbers. The driver never asked about payment, and I never said it was done.
I have threatened to call the police on them for their harassment. They’re thugs and criminals
Their response is full of lies and should be dismissed accordingly

Thank you for your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously and would like to provide clarity regarding this situation.
On October 7, the date of service, a payment link was sent to you via email before the driver began unloading the van, in accordance with our company policy. You assured the driver that the payment had been made, and based on your assurance, the driver completed the job, unloaded the van, and left the premises. Following this, the driver contacted our office to verify the payment, but unfortunately, it was not processed.
It is important to highlight that the payment option is also included in the confirmation email you received at the time of booking. Therefore, there was no need for us to send an additional payment link after the service, as this information was already available to you in the original email.
From October 7 to October 21, we made numerous attempts to contact you to resolve the outstanding payment, including follow-up emails and phone calls. These efforts were conducted professionally and solely to recover payment for the service provided.
On October 21, as a last resort, the driver, who happened to be in the area, left a polite written note at your address requesting you to contact us regarding the unpaid invoice. This was done professionally and without any threatening intent. Following this, the payment was settled.
We must address some inconsistencies in your review. Firstly, the payment link was sent to you before the service, and the payment option was readily accessible in the confirmation email. Secondly, your assurance to the driver that the payment had been made conflicts with your current claim that no payment link was provided. Lastly, our team sent multiple reminders and made calls to resolve the issue, all conducted professionally and transparently.
While we regret that you felt distressed during this process, we want to emphasize that our actions were solely aimed at securing payment for a service that was completed to your satisfaction. The claims of harassment and threats are unfounded and do not reflect our values or the conduct of our team.
We strive to maintain professionalism and provide reliable services to all our customers. Should you wish to discuss this matter further, we are happy to address any concerns.

Fantastic move from quote, booking and move.
We moved this weekend so we can renovate and Wojtek and his parter were fantastic! A dream move. Couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using LMV when we move back and I’ll even see if Wojtek could help us again. Fantastic service, couldn’t ask for better!
The service was top quality. Wojtek and his colleague not only moved all my furniture down a tricky flight of stairs without any damage to them but also offered to fix my desk that hadn’t originally been assembled properly and came slightly loose when being carried. Now the desk is properly assembled and won’t get damaged if being moved again. Highly recommend LMV!

Top quality service!
Despite our move being quite last minute LMV were really helpful and accommodating. Wojtek and Ali were both really fantastic, on the day they were calm, collected and quick.
They managed to fit complete our move really quickly with minimal fuss and even managed to help us get our sofa out that we thought we were going to have to leave behind.
They were kind and friendly during a time of high stress and we couldn’t have asked for better service!

RIP off
RIP off! They work at a snails space , disappear for breaks , take twice as long to reach the destination for unloading. If you complain they lie and say there were issues with parking! In my case there was no need to park on yellow lines at drop off or removal as I had saved them parking spaces!! But they used this excuse to justify the double length of time charged . Spend your money on a professional removal firm or be prepared to do most of the actual moving yourself in order not to be charged double.
