ModalAI's VOXL platform enables fully autonomous sUAS. ModalAI designs full stack hardware and software, and it is built in the United States. In this video a drone is seen flying indoors using GPS-denied localization and fusing that with depth maps from PMD's Time of Flight sensor all in a small Snapdragon-based navigation computer and flight controller, VOXL. All of the SLAM algorithms shown in this video are running on board the VOXL. The algorithms employed are a combination of ROS, OMPL, and Qualcomm's VIO. ==================== PRODUCTS MENTIONED ==================== Seeker: https://modalai.com/seeker ToF: https://modalai.com/tof ========== RESOURCES ========== āž¢ Documentation: https://docs.modalai.com āž¢ Ask technical questions: https://forum.modalai.com āž¢ Blog: https://modalai.com/blogs āž¢ Website: https://modalai.com āž¢ LinkedIn:   / modal-ai   āž¢ Twitter:   / modal_ai   ============== ABOUT MODALAI ============== ModalAIā“‡ accelerates development of smaller, smarter and safer robots and drones with Blue UAS Framework autopilots built in the U.S.A.
