Spotlight on Inclusion is one of Bitly’s inclusion-focused initiatives, designed to support mission-driven organizations working to expand access, advance equity, or build stronger communities.
Through this program, eligible charitable organizations receive a free Spotlight on Inclusion plan—a premium-level Bitly plan that includes advanced features to help amplify their work, connect with more people, and achieve greater impact.
- We prioritize organizations that are:
- Advancing inclusive access to education, healthcare, or opportunity
- Building community through dialogue, advocacy, or support services
- Serving historically underserved or marginalized populations

However, limited resources can make it difficult for these organizations to access premium tools. That’s where Bitly’s Spotlight on Inclusion Program comes in.
We offer eligible nonprofits a free premium-level Bitly plan, designed to help amplify their work with features like:
- Redirects and branded links
- Custom back-half URLs
- Dynamic QR Codes
- Campaign tracking and detailed analytics

International NGOs and nonprofit organizations may qualify for the Spotlight on Inclusion Program if their mission aligns with expanding access, fostering inclusion, or supporting underrepresented communities.
To be considered, organizations must provide:
- Organization name and location
- Primary account contact information
- Tax ID or official registration number (for verification)
- A link to the organization’s website outlining its mission
Eligibility is determined at Bitly’s sole discretion based on alignment with the program’s purpose.
As we are currently at capacity, there is a waitlist for future partners. If you wish to be considered in the near future, we recommend joining the waiting list by completing the form.
If a spot opens up, we will review your application. After review, we will send you an email letting you know if you were approved and upgraded or if your organization does not qualify for the program. The decision for whether or not the company’s mission matches the Spotlight on Inclusion Plan’s values is at the discretion of Bitly.
We are limiting this offer to 250 accounts on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Accounts will be re-evaluated annually to verify if the qualifications are still met and downgraded to free plan if the organization no longer qualifies.
No, but distinct chapters of the same organization may each have an account. For example, if you have a chapter in San Francisco and New York, both San Francisco and New York can have their own account on the Spotlight on Inclusion plan.
Your current paid plan may have different features and link volumes than the capabilities offered by the Spotlight on Inclusion Plan, but please fill out the form and we will reach out to discuss your plan options.
