In the Spring 2026 G2 report, customers once again ranked Bitly #1 overall in the URL Shortener category out of 37 products evaluated. That leadership extends across businesses of all sizes, with Bitly Links also ranking #1 for mid-market and small-business organizations.

The Spring 2026 G2 report shows that customers continue to rely on Bitly to power those experiences. This season, Bitly earned a Leader position in the QR Code Generator category, with strong rankings across overall, mid-market, and small-business grids.

Customers also ranked Bitly QR Codes #1 for usability, highlighting how intuitive it is to create and manage QR Codes within the platform. Bitly was also recognized as the most implementable solution in the category, reinforcing how quickly teams can generate QR Codes without needing extra resources or support. That means they can create a QR Code, add it to their marketing materials, and get it printed in no time.

I use Bitly for my nonprofit to shorten links, making them easily accessible and memorable. I really like the QR code feature because it’s so easy to create, and I appreciate the great features like adding logos and changing colors to make them stand out.
