We’re excited to introduce Bitly’s new User Invite flow for Enterprise account admins.
Account admins can now manage users inside of enterprise accounts with greater ease and increased security around user management.
In speaking with account admins, we’ve learned that adding users and managing them in their Bitly account is one of their core, early workflows. We also discovered that many admins wanted to invite any user—whether they already had a Bitly account set up already or not—something our old flow didn’t allow.
They also expressed the need to invite a whole group of users rather than one at a time. Our previous limitations for adding users simply took too much time and work.
What’s new?
We knew we could do a better job at removing friction from the User Invite process. So, as part of this rollout, we’re introducing:
– Ability to invite email addresses of non-Bitly users
– Inviting up to 50 users at once
– Improved control over permission levels during invite
Now, in order to invite a user, admins can easily add, remove and switch access from one user to another to help take advantage of every available seat license.
Here’s a look into the new invite flow:
We’re really happy to be smoothing the friction in our account admins’ workflow, and continuing our work to make Bitly’s enterprise product even more powerful.
